WHAT'S AT STAKE

There is a lot to learn about the MSSP in order to be successful.  In performance year 2015 (the most recent year public data is available), only 31% of ACOs nationwide earned savings back from CMS, and CMS’s own press releases acknowledge that “ACOs with more experience in the program were more likely to generate savings above their minimum savings rate”.
